Transport – Flashcards

 
  You can do several activities with these pictures. Don’t forget to laminate them so you can use them for many years to come.

  1. Use as visual aids for presenting new language.

  2. Print them twice so you can play a memory game on the board with whole class. Use glu tack to stick pictures on the board.

 3. You can play tic-tac-toe. Draw a big tic-tac-toe grid on the board. Stick one picture to each empty  square, picture hidden. Divide students in two groups. Each group chooses a square number. The  group has to know the name of the means of transportation. If they don’t know, the other group can  either choose another number or try to say the name of the means of transportation the other group  didn’t know. If no group knows it, the point goes to the teacher. The winner is the group which has a  horizontal, vertical or diagonal line first. If this doesn’t happen, the winner is the group with the most  correct answers. Click on the picture to download the flashcards
